Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Distance Selling Regulations)

Acoo Review Ltd. (trading as Promos Central via brandow.co.uk, lanyardsshop.co.uk, expresslanyards.co.uk, mousemats.co.uk, lanyard.co.uk, rubberbrand.co.uk and other websites) conforms to all current UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.


Items Purchased Online (Business to Consumer (B2C) Sales)

You must first contact us as soon as possible (within 14 calendar days) with your VAT invoice number or shop order number to arrange your return - preferably by email to [email protected] or phone us on 01355 272025.


We will provide a refund of cost and basic carriage providing the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days.
  • Items must be unused.
  • Items should be returned unopened in their original packaging by the purchaser* (one bag can be opened to check goods).
  • Refunds will be given as credit to the original payment method, including a proportion of basic carriage charges on the outbound shipment (if applicable) within 7 days of the goods being received by us.

* - the cost of return is not refundable unless goods are proven to be defective or not as ordered.


Returns Outwith the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (including Business to Business (B2B) Sales)

  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery.
  • Items must be unused and unopened in their original packaging - one bag may be opened to inspect goods.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the goods being received by us.
  • Refunds will be given as credit to the original payment method, excluding any shipping or postage costs.


The shipping cost as well as the cost of return are not refundable unless goods are proven to be defective or not as ordered.

At our discretion we may accept returns outside the 14 calendar day period specified in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. In such cases we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.


Custom Products

Due to the customised nature of custom promotional items, in most cases we can only accept returns if:

  • The product is defective
  • The product is not as ordered/detailed on the approved spec sheet
  • The product has artwork design errors not present on the artwork design approved
